Linear Algebra for Quantum Computing Series: Part Twelve

Here we are! Part twelve of this linear algebra for quantum computing cheat sheet series. This is shorter sheet, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing is it? In it, I cover the inner product in more detail (see sheet seven for a refresh on the inner product). Specifically, I talk about conjugate symmetry, the inner product of a vector with itself, linearity in the first argument, conjugate homogeneity, and positive-definiteness. And all of this sets us up to talk about Hermitian operators and unitary operators in the next sheet!
